February 17, 2026 brings us an annular solar eclipse in late Aquarius. Put simply, a solar eclipse feels like a supercharged New Moon. They coincide with major beginnings and signify that a new chapter is about to begin. This solar eclipse speaks to a need for innovative approaches with regards to those new storylines. It also sows the seeds for unique ideas to emerge and collective action to take root and unfold over the months to come.

In Aquarius, this eclipse is marked by the Sun and Moon separating from a square to Uranus in Taurus. The realization that an already shaky foundation may be further disrupted could spark emotional upsets. This phase challenges us to find flexibility in both feeling and mindset as a means to overcoming any encountered limitations.
